Poidmore Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team! This role will be instrumental in guiding patients through their orthodontic treatment journey, ensuring a thorough comprehension of their orthodontic requirements and a well-defined strategy for attaining their desired results.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Explain treatment options and associated costs to patients clearly and effectively
• Facilitate financial discussions and payment plans with patients.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of treatments, timelines, and financial arrangements
• Schedule treatments and manage follow-up appointments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure seamless communication within the team and between patients and orthodontists.
• Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator in an orthodontic or dental office is preferred
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with strong abilities in negotiation and influencing
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with dental management software.
• Highly enthusiastic, supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Strong ability to learn new skills and a teachable approach.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficient time management.
• Compassionate, caring, and committed to providing exceptional patient services.
• Punctual and reliable in all professional dealings.
